Rishab has personally evaluated hundreds of land parcels across Texas and has closed on 500+ acres to date. He knows the DFW, Houston, and San Antonio markets inside and out—from rural acreage in Collin County to development tracts in Williamson County. Before founding Parca, Rishab worked in real estate investment at TPG and Morgan Stanley, giving him the financial expertise to make fair, fast offers. He graduated from Cornell with a B.A. in mathematics and economics.
